Personal Description:
Supportive, Hard Working and Friendly Youth Worker in the transition of becoming an English Teacher. Passionate about Education and helping to make a positive difference to the lives and educational attainment of Children and Young People.
Teaching Experience:
Over 9 years experience of working with Children and Young People in a variety of roles of which includes supporting Young People as a Supply Teacher/Learning Mentor/Teaching Assistant in Secondary and Primary Schools.
Experienced with working with Young People that may be difficult to engage in Education or suffering with Behavioural/Learning Difficulties.
Experience of working on a One to One basis, with Small Groups and facilitating Workshops
Strong knowledge of effective Exam Techniques and Study Skills

Innovative and Creative approach to traditional learning, which helps break down the Curriculum so that it is more understandable
