Information About Esther:


Personal Description:

I have just finished my A levels, studying English Literature, Health and Social Care and Psychology. In September I will be starting my first year at Worcester University studying Early Childhood Studies.
I have been described as having a natural ability with working with children by my teacher and I am interested in helping primary aged children with their English, Maths, and/or Reading and Writing Skills.



Teaching Experience:

Although this is my first experience tutoring children, am I determined to ensure that they improve and gain confidence in the subject they are struggling in.
I do however have a lot of experience with children and enjoy working with them.



Tutoring Approach:

I will find out exactly what the student needs to learn and to tailor the tutoring accordingly, improving the child's confidence in the certain subject. I will create targets for the children to aim towards in order for them to physically see their progress.
I hope to ensure that the children enjoy their tutoring and look forward to each session.

  • GCSE: Maths - B, English Literature - B, English Language - B, Health and Social Care (double award) - AB
  • A Level: English Literature, Psychology, Health and Social Care (results in August, aim to gain C, B, B)
