Personal Description:

I currently work in a Secondary school as a Mathematics teacher keystage 3 & 4 and a Head of House

Teaching Experience:

I have been working in a secondary school for 7 years as a classroom based teacher. Although i have a broad knowledge of most subjects taught in a school, my speciality is Maths.

Tutoring Approach:

First of all I would need to establish exactly what the student is finding difficult about the subject and tackle this problem by giving easy ways to explain it. I have found from my previous teaching experience that students engage in approaching the subject by comparing it with their own lives, this gives them more of an understanding of the particular subject.

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate open degree, Law, GCSE Maths, English Literature and Language, Science
• A Level Maths and English
