Personal Description:
I am a professional music teacher, licensed in the US, with 3 years experience teaching at the high school/secondary school level. I am currently studying for my Master's degree in Applied Music Education (Psychology). I have a strong interest in teaching/tutoring, regardless of the subject. Teaching Experience:
I have taught professionally and tutored in schools in the U.S. I have worked with students from ages 8 to 18. I am willing to work with older or younger, as well. I am patient and positive.
Tutoring Approach:
I believe in starting where the student is and focusing on learning HOW to learn, as well as WHAT to learn. I will address study skills or time management as well as subject content, if desired. With a patient, positive, supportive approach, students will grow! I love teaching and am looking forward to hearing from you!
