Sara - Wimbledon tutor
Information About Sara:
Personal Description:
Having studied English at University and gaining a 2:1 Honours Degree, I entered the Teach First graduate scheme. I have been teaching full time in Richmond since September 2008 and in August 2010 will be moving to Australia to teach on the Gold Coast. In my spare time I enjoy skiing, live music and horse riding.
Teaching Experience:
Secondary School English and Citizenship teacher at Shene School from September 2008 to present. I also tutor students after school in English at both primary and secondary levels.
Tutoring Approach:
The first meeting will begin with an informal assessment of the student and their tuition needs. I will set the student specific targets that they wish to achieve over the tuition time. Aside from this, I can adapt my tuition style to what suits the student's needs best, be it more conversational based to understand a concept or more written based to allow practice at handwriting skills.
