Personal Description:

I have been a professional Martial Arts instructor for the last 18 years. I have taught 1000's of students and given them life changing skills through the Martial Arts. I hold a III Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon-Do and have self defence training from one of the SAS & SBS top instructors.



Teaching Experience:

18 years as a full time professional MArtial Arts instructor. Trainer to several British Champions and holder of the Welsh Millenium Heavy Weight title.

Friendly professional instruction tailored to your needs and fitness level. Your progress is my goal.
