September 1999 - June 2000

Tutoring Approach:

My approach to tutoring is basically a flexible approach to the needs of the student. Some students learn better with a visual approach whether other students respond better to an auditory or perhaps a kinesthetic approach so it is just a question of finding out what preferences students have when they do their learning and adapt accordingly. If students are finding something difficult, we need to look at the problem from a different angle and see if that helps. If it doesn't, we can try another angle or we go back to basics, whatever is more helpful to the student.
