Tutoring Approach:

I have been a teacher all of my adult life and as a result I have adopted a combined teaching style in order to accommodate my various student types. I believe it is important to be flexible yet while I exhibit my own personal style. My education is both British (Caribbean) and North American influenced by the warmth of my Caribbean heritage. As a result students have described me to be very down to earth and approachable yet practical in terms of explanations and examples. I try my very best to ensure that my students (regardless of age) are able to have a very sound understanding especially with reference to problem solving and more importantly deriving the steps required to work out the logistics as well as exam techniques. Essentially, my goal is to ensure that my student is confident and successful!
