Information About Randeep:
Personal Description:
I am a Professional Engineer, with a BSc.(Eng) and Ph.D from The Imperial College of Science Technology and Medicine in London. I have worked in Industry for Thirty years. I have also taught full time and part time at various British Universities. I have tutored tens of school pupils in various subjects for G.C.S.E and GCE A'level. I have tutored University engineering students in Electronics and Mathematics. I am the author of two books on Electronics
I have successfully coached pupils for the entrance exams to read Physics at Oxford. I have also had some success coaching pupils with learning difficulties or who were not reaching their full potential at school. I enjoy tutoring and have had some notable successes with various pupils. I can provide references from satisfied parents of children I have tutored.

Designed, Developed and delivered short courses for adults in Industry and for postgraduate students .
Tutoring Approach:
Every student I tutor is unique. My approach is to get to know each person as an individual - to understand how they think and learn and for every subject, what their basic learning difficulties are. On the basis of this I work out suitable strategies for tutoring.
I try to develop a relationship of mutual respect between tutor and student. I try to build self confidence and ambition on the part of my students - so that they can help themselves as much as I help them. I encourage my students to be diligent and resourceful, and to discover and develop their own strengths.
