Information About Sanaz:
Personal Description:
I am 31 years old. In 1999 I graduated with a BSc Hons degree but then after my world-wide travels in 2001, I decided to change my career path, therefore I did the 4 weeks intensive CELTA course in order to qualify to teach english to foreign students. In 2005, whilst working as an ESOL teacher at several colleges, I began studying for my Certificate in Education which is what I obtained in May 2006. Since then, I have continued with my ESOL teaching but also began gaining experience as a primary school teacher by supply teaching and private home tuitions. I am currently not working as I have 3 children under 7, therefore, am registering with you in the hope that I can get more private work which will be more suitable for me at this moment.
Teaching Experience:
I am a CELTA qualified ESOL teacher with 8 years of teaching experience, a Certificate in Education and primary school teaching experience. I have worked at a variety of language schools, colleges and primary schools in the UK as well as private tuition work. I have experience teaching children and adults of all levels including exam prep. I have privately taught KST 1&2 pupils (as well as supply teaching) and at GCSE level.
Tutoring Approach:
Treat each child as an individual and cater for their individual needs with differentiation in mind at all times. Plan lessons efficiently. Be patient and understanding, friendly, fun and approachable. Make learning fun!!
