Personal Description:

I am an engineer who has used maths for designing applications used in weighing, optics, pneumatics and machine control. My degree is in electronics engineering, so I can understand the use of mathematics in industry.



Teaching Experience:

For 14 years to year 2000, I was employed as a lecturer at colleges in the area of Eastbourne and Hastings teaching subjects including:

 Electronic Applications of Computers
 Electronic Projects
 Mathematics (National Diploma 1st & 2nd Years)
 Science (1st Year National Diploma)
 Industry & Society
 City & Guilds 271 Level 5 Electronics
 Electrical Fundamentals



Tutoring Approach:

My approach to tutoring is to make the subject relevant to the student through my experience and knowledge of applications so that it is not taught as a 'dry' subject.
