Personal Description:

I am currently a student studying Management BA at Leicester University after which I wish to pursue a career within consultancy. I have twelve GCSE pass grades as well as four A-levels in Business Studies, Economics, History and English all of which have been achieved whilst at Bexley Grammar School. I am a vibrant young individual who is keen and energetic in teaching those at much younger youth; I go by 'nothing is impossible' approach and will be determined to pass my teachings in a fun yet competitive manner. I am also quite an active character with hobbies such as cycling and basketball. Most importantly I come from a large family with three younger siblings and so I have the essential experience of motivating those who are much younger than I or those who can be stubborn at times. I have a high patience level and will not give up on my tutee especially around areas in which they may find difficult.

Teaching Experience:

I do not have a qualified teaching status however I have the experience of teaching English whilst abroad to a group of eight young individuals ranging from the age of 4-14. Their knowledge of the language was at very different levels however I still managed to keep all of them motivated through a serious of teaching techniques that I developed over the years of handling my younger siblings. Additionally, I have been tutoring my siblings through their home-works to preparation for the 11+ exams for almost five years in total. I am a keen teacher and will endeavour to help my tutee at every level. I also have the essential experience of teaching to those with dyslexia.

Tutoring Approach:

A key approach to my tutoring is motivation. I have many motivation techniques which will help my tutee to achieve his or her best possible grade in the subject. Additionally, if necessary I will set homework and mark in my own time, it is within my character to go that extra mile in order to help my tutee. I will make sure to listen or analyse which areas my tutee is struggling or finding a little difficult and I will use my skills to motivate them to work harder, along with my help in showing them easier ways of learning those difficult areas of study. I am not the type to give up in my own studies and so I shall not ever give up on my tutees, I promise to give my full attention and full effort whilst tutoring.

• 3 A-levels: Business Studies (grade A) Economics (grade B) History (grade C) & 1 AS English (grade B)
• Currently studying Management BA at Leicester University
