Personal Description:
My name is Soufiane and I am a 21 year old Parisian. I live in Wales since the 1st of september and I will stay until the end of june. I learn english in the past by music, movies and practice, and the school method did not help me, and that's why I'd like to share my experience to teach the language of Molire.
I love history and I know a lot information in the different period of history.
I am actually a student in Glamorgan university in the campus of Trefforest and I live in Cathays.
I am very sociable and I like to share ideas and exchange different point of view with people.
I love history, movies, books, music, parties, museum, concert...
Teaching Experience:
It's been now 4 years that I work each summer in a hospital in Paris, I worked in different kind of medical services but mainly in re-education. I learn a lot of things there, but the most important thing being to listen people and be here for them and help them. I had a different jobs where I could increase my skills and my way of thinking.
I was a baby sitter too with child age from 2 to 10 years old, I had to help them for their homework and teach them few things.
I teach sometimes few french rules for English friends at the university but that's all
Tutoring Approach:
Because my experience to learn English in the past, the better way for me to learn a new language is to practice this language with a minimum of bases. The approach is to acquire fundamentals rules to then practice it, one of the approach is by movies and other media such as music. See how french people speaks and then learn and understand vocabulary help by movies is a very good method, I can assure that.
Another important point is to speak with the student and know him better, to get the appropriate approach in sort of doing progress in a short time. It is essential to exchange ideas and share point of view, the result would be to make him confortable and give him taste for the language of Molire.
Because I know all the period in History, I have enough knowledge to teach and tell a lot of important points on different events in the past. The approach is give him taste by anecdotal story and show to the student the importance of history in our present.
