Personal Description:
I teach Business Studies and Marketing in Newcastle College and I also teach International Business, Strategic Management and Applied Research Methods modules (Undergraduate and Postgraduate) at Sunderland University. My PhD specialist area is on International Business with a focus on Foreign Direct Investment in Developing Countries.
Teaching Experience:
I taught at Northumbria University for 5 years and in Newcastle College for 3 years. I'm currently a lecturer at Sunderland University
Tutoring Approach:
I have a very hands on approach to teaching and learning, with a focus on the students and how they learn best. It's very clear that not all teaching styles suits every student so I constantly adapt the way I teach to make my teaching very interactive, stimulating and interesting for the students
