Personal Description:

I am a young, hard-working and self-motivated professional who loves tutoring and teaching in her spare time! I have always been naturally good at Maths and I graduated from a Maths and Natural Sciences High School. In addition, I did an engineering degree in university further developing my knowledge of Maths. Ever since I can remember I have been helping friends, relatives and classmates with their Maths homework and general understanding of different maths topics. Nothing gives me more pleasure than seeing that through my help people improve their level, and gain confidence in their own skills and abilities. I am very good at conveying complex information in simple, understandable terms. Most of all, I simply enjoy working 1 to 1 with people so tutoring is extremely gratifying for me.

Teaching Experience:

Apart from informal experience in helping friends and classmates with their Maths studies, I have also taught GCSE and A-level maths to two students within the UK for about 4 months each.

Tutoring Approach:

I try to explain complicated concepts in a simple and logical way, looking at things from different angles so that the student can understand the logic and principle behind the concepts, not just memorize. I give a lot of materials, exercises and examples as I believe people can truly get the hang of any concept by applying what they've learned in practical exercises. I believe that once a person is able to understand the basic logic of things, it is very easy to build on knowledge and skills from there on. Mathematics is a science of logic. I do enjoy maths and I love helping and assisting people in general so I believe tutoring suits me perfectly. I teachwith great joy.
