Personal Description:

I am a caring, supportive and enthusiastic person who is committed to use my teaching skills and experience to enhance and motivate student's learning.
I am a post-graduate (M.Sc) in Microbiology.I have been in Nottingham, UK for the past 3 years.



Teaching Experience:

I am currently working as an Academic Support Tutor at IntoUniversity, Nottingham which involves engaging primary students in after-school sessions.
I have been a volunteer during my post-graduation to teach life science subjects to under-graduates. I have been a part-time lecturer to post-graduate students of Molecular biology and Microbiology.
I have been tutoring students from the University of Nottingham in subjects related to Plant Biotechnology, Molecular biology and Microbiology for the past 2 years. I have tutored students from University of Bath and University of Leicester using online communication tools like skype and instant messaging.
I have completed an on-line 'Core Foundation in Teaching' course from RDS Ltd, UK.



Tutoring Approach:

My ability to teach in a simple and concise manner which is easily understood by any student helps me to drive home complex concepts.
I use a pictorial approach to teaching and help students grasp difficult concepts in their subjects of interest.
