Information About Andita:


Personal Description:

I am an Imperial College London student doing Biomedical Engineering.
I did my GCS O' Level and A' Level in Singapore. I got straight As for all my core subjects.
Throughout my secondary and senior high school I received ASEAN scholarship from Singapore governement.
I did a triple science combination of Biology Physics and Chemistry together with a double humanities combination of literature and Geography during secondary school.
In high school I did Math, Physics, Chemistry and Economics combination.



Teaching Experience:

During my gap period between high school and university, I taught in Temasek Secondary School in Singapore and also give private tuition to secondary school girls.
I also did volunteer-tutoring during secondary school for primary school students doing Mathematical Olympiad.



Tutoring Approach:

I teach by example and lots of practice questions. I believe theory can be found in textbook and classroom hence a tutor's job is to emphasise the application for all that knowledge.
Also, I like to go through the corrections of test papers and any problem sheets together with the student if it has not been done in school.
