Information About Filipa:
Personal Description:
I am currently studying English and Portuguese literature at king's college London university. Over the last 4 years I have tutored English, Spanish, Portuguese and writing skills to students across London. I thoroughly enjoy teaching and feel that being a student myself I am aware of the difficulties that students face.
Teaching Experience:
I am a very experienced tutor, having taught my own brother, his friends, and having been hired by numerous individuals to tutor their children. I have tutored students from the age of 6 to 20, educating not only on the subject matter, but also giving techniques on exam papers and coursework writing. I am always up for a challenge and am looking forward to hearing from you.
Tutoring Approach:
I am a very responsible person and take my job seriously, however do believe that in order for a child to benefit from tuition they have to see the work at hand as fun - this is where I feel that my experience with a diverse range of children gives me an advantage over other tutors.
