Information About Maggie:
Personal Description:
I am a graduate of Glasgow University with many years experience in tutoring students for Higher and Standard Grade English and History. I began tutoring as a Post Graduate student in the 1980's and now tutor on a freelance basis having had a career in the Health Service.
Teaching Experience:
My teaching experience is over a 20 year period with much success in coaching school pupils for entrance levels to attain university places. I am also qualified in TEFL to teach English as a foreign language to children, Adults and Business people.
Tutoring Approach:
My approach is very much a one to one basis with a very personal touch , meeting the needs and demands of the individual. I am happy to travel to the student's home, within a reasonable distance or alternatively, parents can bring their child to me. I am very easy going and try to make it a fun experience.
