Personal Description:
I am a highly qualified teacher of English to speakers of other languages (ESOL). I have an MA in TESOL (with distinction) from the University of Bath, a BA (first class) in Linguistics and Professional French and a Certificate in Education. I believe that learning the English language is vital for everyone who lives in Britain today. I also teach functional English to those who wish to improve their general reading, writing, speaking and listening skills. I am a friendly, approachable person who loves teaching language learners.
Teaching Experience:
I am a practising ESOL lecturer at Wiltshire College where I teach learners from beginner through to advanced. I also teach business and general English for Bath, Swindon and London based language schools, providing courses designed specifically for the needs of each individual.
Tutoring Approach:
My approach is very flexible and lessons are always planned around your needs. For example, you might want to focus on speaking, rather than writing, English. I offer a safe and relaxed environment where you can learn English at your own pace.
