Amanda - Hove tutor
Information About Amanda:
Personal Description:
I recently graduated from Queen Mary and Westfield College, part of the University of London, with a first class Honours degree in English Literature. I am passionate about literature, particularly from the nineteenth-century, history, music, and travel.
Teaching Experience:
I have tutored informally on several occasions, assisting friends and family members with their education.
Tutoring Approach:
I believe that it is easier to learn when you are passionate about what you are being taught. It is important to try and make the subject relevant to the student, using their own interests as a way to encourage enjoyment of the education process.
Patience is a virtue, of course, and students are to be helped as much as they need, and given as much time as is necessary to achieve their aims.
