Personal Description:
I am a qualified, professional, very friendly and an efficient teacher.
I have a passion for Maths and I think that the key to the success is to teach maths in a creative way.
Also I love languages and I have always enjoyed sharing it with other people and helping them learning more about my own language (which I know is not the easiest one to learn).
Teaching Experience:
I give the private Polish language and maths lessons for a last 5 years in London (adults, children). I really enjoy it!!
Currently I work at primary school in London as a Maths teacher (1-1, small groups).
Also I have been a private Polish language and Maths tutor in Canada (small children) and I was teaching Polish language at Secondary School in Poland. I used to give Polish lessons to students aged from 10 to 19 and Maths (up to 12 y. o. )when I was myself a student in Poland.
Tutoring Approach:
Polish language-
Your starting level doesn't matter : I am here to help you to improve your Polish :) It's a difficult, 'rustling' but beautiful language!
We can work on the basis, grammar and vocabulary. I can also help with conversation skills and pronunciation.
I would also be more than happy to talk and share my knowledge of Polish culture!
Maths
I am an Every Child Counts teacher which means I teach Maths in a more creative way following special educational programm which was created in UK for children with learning difficulties (programm is based on UK's National Curriculum).
I am able to adapt teaching methods/materials to each different student.
