Information About Kelly:
Personal Description:
I am a happy and friendly person with lots of patience and enjoys helping children and adults to learn. I am a primary education student in my third year at university. I enjoy speaking french and specialising in primary french in my degree.
I am fun and have a sence of humour however driven help learning.
Teaching Experience:
I have had teaching experiences in each of my university years: year 1 = 6 weeks, year 2= 8 weeks and year 3= 12 weeks.
outside of univerisity I have worked with children from the ages of 4 up to 15 as leader in a after school club in leeds.
I have also taught a science after school club. I was apart of a reading scheme in my secondary school for 5 years.
Tutoring Approach:
I will plan the sessions with learning objectives and learning outcomes as i would within a classroom, with an offer of homework and tests if rerquired.
I am prepared to dicsuss a topic until it is understood fully, using as many different methods as possible. (visual aids, written work, ict)
