Personal Description:
I am a young enthusiastic and active tutor, who enjoys learning and teaching. I have a joint honours degree and a professional background in corporate employment and business. I am open and communicate well with students of all ages and backgrounds.
Teaching Experience:
Recently I have been privately tutoring pupils in maths at key stages up to GCSE. I am also privately tutoring chess to kids as young as 8 at present. In the corporate world of computing I have taught people one-to-one in computer applications (inc. ECDL), programming and web development technologies.
Tutoring Approach:
I use a broad range of teaching methods (including visual, auditory, kinetic) to find the student's strengths, allowing them the chance to relax and get the most out of their learning.
