Personal Description:
I am an enthusiastic person, like sports and travel, very easy to get along with ; )
And I am Chinese, so want to find some one interest in learning this very widely used language.
I took Mandarin Proficiency Test and got First upper. I am currently a mandarin supply teacher at Newecastle Mandarin School, and a Scouts volunteer at 5th North Shield, I love those kids. Also I was a suport staff at a summer camp in Canada this summer,2009.
Teaching Experience:
I taught a Spanish girl for almost 3 years during my university, also teaching some of my foreign friend Chinese free of charge. Now a mandarin sunpply teacher and activity teacher at Newcastle Mandarin School based at Jesmond.
Tutoring Approach:
I will prepare reading material and lialogue regarding different levels.
Each class there will be a dialogue of different topic, which enhance the tutee's vocabulary.
Then lead to reading practise related to same topic, I will explain all new vocabulary and grammar whin the reading material.
After that, I will also deliver some listening practise of small dialogue or some Chinese songs to relax if it is a taugh class.
Last thing may be a homework for review the class, that would never be a boring one, I promise.
For a certain duration there would be some little test to let me know how much my tutee mastered the language and make sure I can prepare well for the later duration.
