Personal Description:

If your child is struggling in a subject, often it is because they don't like their teacher, I know I have been there myself!!

I am a friendly, young woman who won't sit there and shout at you if you don't understand I will try every method I can until it's understandable. I can make subjects which have a reputation with kids today as being boring fun and easy!!

I am currently an Engineering Masters student with a very high ability in mathematics and physics, as a fun, young woman, I understand students who are struggling and will work with them to improve the areas where they are struggling.

Very cheap rates!!!

Note. lessons will be done on a 2 hour session basis only unless agreed otherwise and if travel to yourself is required an extra 4 a session will be added to cover travel expenses due to such cheap rates I am charging

Teaching Experience:

I have been tutoring 2 students in my home town of Leicester for 4 years now, in maths and physics. Both students have shown large improvements in their school work and have both moved up sets.

Now I am based in Nottingham though i can still tutor at weekends in Leicester.

Tutoring Approach:

A young, fresh approach to the subjects, I have been through the same syllabuses and can help students who don't understand methods taught at school by offering different techniques. Often the big problem is confidence in a subject, by getting to know the student I can work on the areas where they lack confidence and when they start to see themselves understanding things and improving it is amazing how far they can get in a subject they thought they hated!

Qualifications:

• GCSE's, A-levels, studying towards a masters in Civil Engineering
