Personal Description:

I believe myself to be focused, organised and an easy going individual who gets along with everyone. I have a hardworking nature and love to gain a sense of achievement and have purpose in what I am doing.

I am known to be reliable and always smiling. I have found I communicate well with others and have found them to find me trustworthy, approachable and friendly. I have a heart for seeing children reach their potential in life and experiencing education in a fun effective way. Creativity is one of my strengths and I love to come up with ideas that are fresh and vibrant.



Teaching Experience:

I am three years qualified and have a permanent teaching position. I build good rapport and relationships with my pupils. I set high expectations of my students and do all I can to support them to achieve success. I communicate clearly and encourage children often to engage in reflection by assessing their own learning.I



Tutoring Approach:

My approach is child centered learning where the learning journey is planned out to meet their individual needs. I feel that learning should be active, creative and accommodate the different ways in which children learn. I encourage children to question and be open when they don't understand.
