Personal Description:

I am a young, energetic, motivated person with a solid background and experience in the financial sector backed with high academic qualifications. Amongst which there are:

1. MSc in Marketing - Business School - University of Glamorgan (Wales). My dissertation resulted in a paper on which I was a named contributor.
2. DipM (Professional Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing (CIM)
3. A'Levels in Accounting and English
4. CIB (Chartered Institute of Bankers Certificate) - The subjects covered accounting, law, economics, customer services, management and operation related to financial services.

Apart from my position in the financial sector, I have given private tuition to a ten year old boy who got easily distracted during classroom. Adapting to his needs and working at his own pace, I have developed techniques to help him understand and master the material. I have used multi-sensory practices to encourage active learning involving him to make sense by seeing, saying, hearing and doing as he learns. Teaching study skills such as asking questions, note taking, summarising, time management and listening and reading skills helped him to identify learning methods that worked for him.

Teaching Experience:

I have given private lessons to a ten year old boy who attended a well established school who easily got distracted during lessons. I have adapted my teaching approach for his needs, worked at his own pace together with using different teaching methods such as images, drawings, visual, and audio amongst other. These techniques resulted to be highly efficient as he got excellent grads both for his half yearly and annual exams.

Tutoring Approach:

My teaching approach goes beyond the traditional way of methods using different techniques. My tutoring is student-centred where I adapt a consistent approach to meet their needs and demand while listening and responding to their ideas and questions. I develop rapport and relationship with the students to inspire them to learn more and make it a delightful learning experience every time we meet.
