Tutoring Approach:

First of all, find out the will and the difficulties of people. Then, teach them both writing and speaking French. Working regularly is the best way to maintain and improve any level.
The best kind of lesson is based on several parts, speaking and writing ones. After a while, conversations are a very good and useful way to improve a good level.
