Information About Emma:
Personal Description:
I am friendly and patient. Every lesson observation I have had has noted my good relationship with the children in my class. I love to make learning fun and know that it will help children succeed. I tutor English because it is my favourite subject. I love to pass on my enthusiasm so that children find the subject more interesting.
Teaching Experience:
I have worked for four years in Key Stage One (I finish my present teaching position in July 2007). I have been a class teacher, PSE co-ordinator, Healthy Schools co-ordinator and Literacy co-ordinator. I have taught a range of abilities and have also taught SATs in year 2. (My school was in Leicester).
Tutoring Approach:
I have taught Literacy to two children (aged 4 and 6) for a year (2010- present). I enjoy seeing their Literacy improve week by week.

- 8 GCSEs A*-C including English, Mathematics and Science
