Personal Description:

I have recently graduated from the University of Bristol with a 2.1 degree in Single Honours French.

Teaching Experience:

I lived and worked for a year in the South West of France as part of my degree. Working as a teaching assistant in a Lyce I was in charge of classes of up to 15 pupils. Depending on age/ability I did different activities with my pupils. Furthermore, when not working as a teaching assistant I took private 1 to 1 lessons. I helped pupils to prepare for their Baccalaureate examination.

Tutoring Approach:

Being able to communicate in a different language is all about confidence. I endeavour to improve pupils confidence in speaking a language at the same time as improving their knowledge of that language.
