Personal Description:

Native Italian, classically trained professional musician and professional translator, interpreter, language teacher. I translated four books on violin/viola playing.

I am a professional viola player with 20 years experience playing in orchestra, chamber music, as a soloist. Creator of a website about the viola recommended by the Encyclopaedia Britannica. Also play folk music (specially good for beginners).



Teaching Experience:

I teach Italian, English for Italians and music. I had a long experience teaching from five years old children to adults. I also taught Italian at Abingdon and Witney College. I'm also a very experienced translator and interpreter, translating several books and working with several agencies, including Oxfordshire County Council.

Music: Long experience as a teacher, specialised in the prevention and release of physical injuries and emotional tension related to performance. Translator of books on the subject by the virtuoso violin player and teacher Kato Havas.



Tutoring Approach:

Tutoring tailored to suit individual needs and pace, to make learning enjoyable and rewarding.
I teach from my place, don't travel.
