Information About Ian:
Personal Description:
I am a patient, calm person who is willing to go over any areas of concern with a tutee. I aim to create a safe learning environment where the tutee fels secure to enable them to make the necessary progress.
Teaching Experience:
I have been teaching for three years in Primary Schools. I have experience of working across the Primary phase. I trained for three years gaining experience in a variety of educational settings.
Tutoring Approach:
Sessions will include an element of fun, making learning interesting but will focus on necessary skills to enhance the tutees learning. The sessions will be made relevant to the tutees position and where possible linked to real life application of the skills. I will give feedback on each session ensuring the tutee is aware of the progress they have made and also identify next steps.
