Personal Description:
I am a fully qualified Primary School teacher from The Institute of Education, London and also hold a BA degree reading English from Queen Mary, University of London. I currently reside between Sidcup and Beckenham, Kent. I can travel to differing areas of London. (Please enquire with me for further details). I am able to work Monday to Friday and available all weekend.
Teaching Experience:
I have worked in several schools over the past 8 years. I believe in providing children with an engaging, interactive and stimulating method of learning and have extensive experience at regularly tutoring small group of children (7-14) years old aiding them with homework across a range of subjects as well as working on their individual progression within a certain subject.
Tutoring Approach:
Able to promote confidence and improve learning skills in a positive, interactive and sociable manner. The use of contemporary methods of learning are essential in order to sustain a pupil's attention as well as remaining patient and adopting an empathetic manner so that the pupil feels comfortable to approach you if facing difficulty with a task.
