Personal Description:
I am a young and enthusiastic teacher of modern foreign languages. I am a Finnish national but I have lived in UK for seven years. I am passionate about languages and different cultures and speak fluently 6 languages. I have a young family and work in secondary school at the moment but am fully prepared to devote my free time to teach and give private language tuition to students of all ages, levels and backgrounds.
Teaching Experience:
I have three years teaching experience in the secondary level and sixth form. Before that during my time in University I gave private language tuition to adults and children.
Tutoring Approach:
I am very enthusiastic and passionate teacher of Modern Foreign Languages and wish to forward my enthusiasm to other people. In language learning I focus on all four skills: speaking, listening, reading and writing however speaking being the most important. I am flexible and can adjust my teaching to respond individual learning needs and create individual learning plans to achieve personal goals. I use variety of materials but prefer materials of original source.
