Andrew - Brighton tutor
Information About Andrew:
Personal Description:
I am a 23 year old student, currently training to be a doctor at Brighton and Sussex Medical School. I have a passion for science and mathematics and endeavor to share this with my students.
Teaching Experience:
I have tutoring experience teaching GCSE and A level science and mathematics. As I am a student myself I am very aware of the pressures and difficulties of studying and revising for exam success. I am able to offer the skills, to my students, which I have used to achieve the highest grades at GCSE, A Level and degree level.
Tutoring Approach:
I believe that anyone has the ability to learn difficult material if it is presented to them in a way that best suits their learning style: You don't have to be a genius to learn rocket science, you just need a good teacher!
I believe that it is the duty of the teacher to adapt their teaching methods to match their student and to make the material enjoyable and applicable. The major advantage of one-to-one teaching is that the teaching style can be matched to the student in a way that is not possible in the classroom.
