Personal Description:

I am a young and enthusiastic maths tutor. I have a MEng (Master in Engineering) Degree in Aerospace Engineering (First Class Honours). I teach students from key stage 2 to A level, university foundation as well as university engineering maths.

Teaching Experience:

(1) Currently working as a tutor in Best Tutor (August/2012- Present) in which my main responsibilities involves:

Planning and organising lessons
Assessing students' performance, marking test papers and giving feedback
Keeping educational records of students and providing reports to guardian/parents
Being responsible for groups of students


(2) Worked as a teaching assistant at London School of Global Business (July/2009-March/2011) in which main responsibilities involved:

Planning and organising tutorials, helping students in classroom (especially in mathematics and physics).
Marking coursework and giving feedback.
Helping students in choosing the right course and level

(3) Working as a private tutor (Oct/2006- Present)

Tutoring Approach:

I can help the student understand complex study material easier and accelerate the learning process. I will prepare the student for their exam and help the student revise core topics effectively, learn to identify what they are being asked to answer in the exam and improve their exam technique and ultimately their grade.

I also make some notes for the students who struggle with maths to provide some extra help.

• Masters in Aerospace engineering at Queen Mary, University of London (First Class Honours)
