Personal Description:
As a student my biggest memory was of my biggest teacher, he expressed his knowledge with enthusiasm, energy and honesty.
As a tutor my best achievement is to ensure the knowledge gets there, sits there and stays there using a holistic approach to learning.
Private tuition or assistance with learning, form filling or preparing for any event in your life has become an integral part of our educational society today.
My belief is that the bonus of having one to one contact with a individual tutor or trainer is that you can agree and set the pace, ensuring a complete level of understanding throughout.

Tutoring Approach:
Sometimes when we are introduced to new concepts in schools or learning environments we are not always given the chance to express our thoughts or concerns about the concepts.
The subject may move in a different direction leaving your floundering and wondering, this can be the switch off point.

I will endeavour to build on the basics, give you a solid foundation and help you move forward in whichever direction you want to go by listening to you, assessing your level and working within your boundaries before stretching them.
I have a teaching room within my house in Saltash where I carry out the lessons, I use computer based resources, books, games, cards and other numerous learning resources to suit the individual learner.
