Information About Jay:
Personal Description:
I have a BEng in Chemical Engineering and a MSc in Advance Chemical Engineering. I did my BEng degree in University of Surrey obtaining a 2:1 and my MSc in University College London obtaining 63%. Currently I am working in the oil and gas field applying my chemical engineering field. Mathematics has always been my strong subject as I use general maths on day to day basis in my work place.
Teaching Experience:
Last year I gave my work colleague's son maths tuitions during his GCSE exams. I was tutoring him from September 2006 to May 2007. He obtained the highest grade in maths compared to his other subjects.
Tutoring Approach:
I am a very friendly person with a great deal of patience. I am 25 years old and graduated few years ago and hence I know what exactly a student needs to understand a subject. I am very understanding and always have patience for students who do not grasp the subject easily. I have a car and hence can travel to students. I have many different methods of making a student understand a subject and also i am very good at adapting to different working environment.
