Personal Description:
I am a naive French speaker with a passion for teaching. I come from Orleans in France, where I have just finished a degree in Science of Language, specialising in French as a foreign language.
I am organised, reliable and very encouraging to my students!
Teaching Experience:
I taught French in the Netherlands for four months in a secondary school in 2007 where I assisted the teachers in large classes and took smaller oral groups by myself for which I was fully responsible.
This past year I have been teaching French to a small class of adults on a weekly basis along side my degree.
Tutoring Approach:
I put a strong emphasis on speaking French as I believe that once confidence is built up in this area, the rest (writing, listening and reading) all follow more easily. Of course, I also do plenty of reading, writing and listening exercises. All lessons are tailored to individual needs.
