Personal Description:
I have just completed my fourth and final year of a Chemistry MSci at University College London, achieving First Class Honours and graduating with the third highest overall mark in my year. I am currently based in the Reading / Henley-on-Thames area.
Teaching Experience:
I have been a teaching assistant for several years, specifically working on a one-to-one basis with children who had concentration problems and struggled in a class environment. I have also worked on two summer camps, both devising and implementing activities for children aged around 13/14.
I have tutored both Mathematics and Chemistry A Levels & GCSEs for the last two years and have successfully helped many students achieve far better grades than they were previously predicted.
Tutoring Approach:
I thoroughly enjoying teaching and find it very rewarding. My approach to tutoring is very flexible and is entirely tailored around the tutee and their specific needs. I can tutor one-on-one or in groups (for a reduced rate).
