Personal Description:
I am a professional photographer and very passionate about teaching. I would like people to help develop their skills, both creatively and technically.
I am very easy going and patient.
I have also studied mathematics at university and worked as a statistician for 8 years.
age, 35. Born in Amsterdam and have been living in UK for 3 years. Fluency in English, French and... Dutch.
Teaching Experience:
I have tutored at both individual basis and groups. I am confident and patient. I ave teached professional on statistics, helped PhD students with mathematical problems and have assisted students in their preperation for their exams at different levels. I have always had good feedback and people enjoy working with me.
Tutoring Approach:
I am very patient and believe that doing is the best way of learning. Just telling students how thing work, does not give good results, not in the short term but definitely not in th longer term. I think people have to explore the truth. And I try to help in this exploration process. Therefore I have a very practical approach.
