Personal Description:

I am a physics graduate with 3 years post graduate experience researching superconductors and low noise electrical signals. This included working with high power lasers and in clean room environments. During this time I tutored a number of degree level courses in physics, maths and computing.

Teaching Experience:

I have extensive tutoring experience at University and at school level. I have an excellent reputation from 5 years teaching in a number of schools within the Birmingham area and only left teaching in February 2008 to pursue a career in IT project management.

Tutoring Approach:

Practise, practise, practise. The key to learning any subject is to first establish a good level of understanding and to develop that understanding through practise questions providing the student with the tools necessary to gain exam success.
