Personal Description:

I graduated from University in 2006 with distinction in French - I lived in Bordeaux for 15 months during my course. I now work days during the week, but love tutoring French when I can in the evenings or at weekends.



Teaching Experience:

I have previously tutored French from pre-school level right through to University level. This has been a mixture of both home based and classroom based. I also taught English while living in France.



Tutoring Approach:

I genuinely enjoy tutoring French - and this comes across in my tutoring style. I always work to give students a solid foundation in the grammar of the language, so that this can be used as a platform to improve and develop skills. I am familiar with the requirements for GCSE, A-level and university level French. My approach to tutoring French is still fresh and down to earth yet focused. Tutoring sessions can be student led in terms of content or I can offer a structured programme. I am a natural communicator and can quickly build a rapport with people. Previous students tend to say that they actually enjoy sessions with me.....unbelievable!
