Personal Description:
I have 7 years commercial experience of web design /development and 5 years experience of providing home tuition to ICT students. I also have experience with the following technologies and software PHP, Coldfusion, Java, Javascript, ASP, CSS, HTML, Photoshop and Dreamweaver.
Teaching Experience:
My role as an I.T. tutor, involves me providing tuition to students in the areas of I.T. that they have a difficulty with. I taught several students at different levels of education from A Levels to Master Degrees.
Tutoring Approach:
Communication is a key part of the role, as a lot of students are not technically adept, thus I simplify technical information and take them through the problem solving processes using lay man terms. I also develop special teaching methods to boost my student's confidence in their own ability and to get them up to speed in their subject in very short periods of time. I am experienced in teaching a vast range of people including those with learning disabilities.
