Tutoring Approach:
Building up the confidence is one of my main skills. I use a systematic and an organised approach to tutoring. I identify and evaluate the areas where the tutees find the most difficult and needs the most help. Then by a careful planning I help them to enhance their core understanding in order to achieve their potential. I use a combination of teaching methods and tools including one to one discussion (explaining/ question and answer), visual reinforcement (animation/ video images), example questions, mock tests/examines and homework. Furthermore, I assist the tutees in examination techniques and ability to solve challenging problems in exam environment. My approach in term of teaching is to make it as enjoyable as possible, not only very formal sessions. In my point of view the teaching experience should be in very friendly environment, however the regulation must be applied.
