Personal Description:

I am a qualified Biology teacher since 2005 with a Masters in Biomedical Sciences. I am currently teaching in a successful, local independent secondary school. I can offer some day time tutoring in holidays and evenings in term time and holidays.

Teaching Experience:

I have taught in some of the highest achieving independent schools in the UK and my current department has obtained the highest 'value added' score for its pupils. I have taught GCSE and IGCSE and OCR at A-Level. I have also worked with a wide range of ability students including SE London Special Needs schools.

Tutoring Approach:

I believe tutoring needs a relaxed learning environment with minimal pressures and formalities of a classroom, so that questions can be asked and confidence can be built.
