Personal Description:

Oxford Engineering Masters graduate, providing engagement tutoring for all ages and abilities.

Teaching Experience:

Since leaving university I have spent 5 years teaching students over a range of different abilities and pride myself on being approachable, as well as making the lessons engaging. I am happy to work around any curriculum, and to specific student needs.



Tutoring Approach:

Included free of charge in the first lesson is a lengthy discussion (with parents if required) to understand the students strengths and weaknesses and to establish a clear programme. This structured approach will be followed throughout; using materials from a variety of sources to ensure that maximum benefit is achieved during the lessons.

I prepare for all lessons to ensure that the time spent with the student is as productive as possible. In addition I pride myself of exam technique, which I believe plays a key role to success in maths and science.
