Personal Description:
APPOINTMENT SLOTS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE (as of March 2015):
Friday 7pm onwards and holiday times.

As a student, little came easy for me.

I learned the hard way.

Now, with over 20 years of teaching experience in a variety of institutions - from Oxbridge entrance to comprehensives on 'Special Measures' - I am young enough to remember my struggles and old enough to know better.

I know how to bridge that gap for my tutees.

Teaching Experience:

This is my sixth year as a full-time tutor, but I was a secondary school teacher for 19 years before that.

I have experienced many types of academic performance from high-performing grammar schools to comprehensives on 'special measures'. I have held a variety of positions of responsibility within schools, particularly in the pastoral system such as Head of Year. I have been a grade-A examiner for AQA GCSE Geography.

During the last six years of 11 Plus entrance, including September 2014, 15 out of my 25 students have passed. I have also successfully helped one parent and child through the appeals procedure for grammar selection. Furthermore, a 12 Plus tutee in 2011 was the only girl to pass and get a place at South Wilts. Two out of three 12+ and 13+ tutees I have taught have passed their exams.

I have taught numerous syllabi: in the last six years I have tutored AQA, Edexcel, OCR and WJEC at A level Geography. Indeed, I taught the whole of the A2 Edexcel Geogaphy syllabus online to one a tutee in Moscow: he has now gained a place at Aston University. I have mainly tutored the AQA and Edexcel syllabi for GCSE Maths. It would be fair to say that the overwhelming majority of my A level tutees experience significant gains and regularly obtain A or B grades.

At the moment (March 2015) I have 20 tutees in total: this includes 4 home-school tutees doing a variety of subjects such as GCSE Maths and Geography as well as Key Stage 3 Maths, English, History, Geography, Citizenship and RE; three GCSE English tutees; one Key Stage 3 Maths tutee; two Key Stage 3 English tutees; three 12 Plus tutees; five Key Stage 2 Maths tutees; two GCSE Maths tutee; one KS5 numeracy tutee, one A Level Geography tutee and, finally, three GCSE Geography tutees.

I would say on average, across the year, I would have between 15 and 20 tutees each week. Nearer exam time, this can creep up to 25.

Tutoring Approach:

One size does not fit all . . .

Tutoring and learning should be natural and intuitive so that tutees can 'fly' by themselves.

To make the most of tuition, a tutee must be 'on-board'. If it's their idea - even better. A tutee that is in-charge of their own learning makes an excellent pupil.

As a tutor, I decide what is right for the tutee - not an institution. Parents often want someone who is familiar with the education system but independent enough to give an honest assessment. My main concern is the welfare of the tutee - not just their academic progress - nor the reputation of some teacher or institution. If something is not right for a tutee, no matter how forceful a parent might be or how much money I might lose, I simply will not do it. Each year there are a handful of tutees I turn away because of this.

In the first session I will try to identify what it is the tutee needs, and you may wish to quiz me in more detail. I will need access to school reports and examples of the tutee's work. Through discussion with my tutee and parental input it should become clear the reason for the tutoring.

From this 'snag' list, I will design a bespoke program to meet the educational needs of the tutee. It is flexible and, unlike a classroom situation, I can respond immediately to the needs of the tutee.

Homework will always be set, depending upon the demands placed upon the tutee by the normal school week. The tutee will be far more involved with learning than in a normal school class where they can 'hide', so prospective tutees need to expect plenty of chat and discussion, reviewing work and giving feedback.

For learning to be 'on the wing', to be natural and instinctive, tutees need to work hard without feeling the burden. This can only happen through enjoyment and a lot of laughter. That's my part: helping tutees to work really hard without realising it.

If at any point I feel unable to help, I won't just prolong tuition, or if our work has met its aims then I will call a halt. The point of tuition is not to need me anymore, so they can 'fly' all by themselves.

I offer two types of 'remote' tuition options at the moment:

i/ ONLINE FACE-TO-FACE TUITION: face-to-face on Skype is very good in dealing with syllabus issues and reinforcing and filling in the holes the class teachers leave behind. Face-to-face tuition lends itself well to visual resources such as diagrams, maps and pictures. It is primarily discussion-based and the tutee needs to take notes as we go along. I regularly send tutees files to prepare them for the lesson and to discuss in the lesson. If a tutee comes to face-to-face tuition and expects to be spoon-fed or entertained, it just won't work. Extra work can be set to test their written understanding. Usually, it is enough to go through topics the student struggles with. Once they 'click' with the topic/issue, we move onto other areas. Payment for this type of tuition is a flat fee each week to cover lesson preparation and the lesson itself. The marking of substantial pieces of work outside of lesson time such as essays will incur a modest marking fee.

ii/ CORRESPONDENCE-STYLE WITH UNLIMITED EMAIL SUPPORT: work is set through powerpoints, pdf files and word documents for the student to do on their own in their own time. This should keep the tutee occupied for between 1-3 hours each week, unless more is required. It is then returned to me within the week. I mark it and provide feedback in the form of an audio file (up to 30 mins), talking them through the various issues. Any amounts of email conversations to help the student with this particular piece of work are allowed, after feedback has been given. This is very much an ongoing and open-ended commitment, once work has been set and feedback given, and the student is totally free to contact me with any issues. As a result, the payment structure is open-ended and depends on the amount of time used to prepare resources, mark and give audio feedback. This is added up at the end of each week, and the client is then billed. Follow-up emails and support are not timed but are considered as a 'free' part. Generally, this time will be from about 45-90 mins per week. I keep a track of the time minute to minute and endeavour to keep the time used as short as possible while setting about 1-3 hours of work. This is very much a trust system of working. I tailor the work individually to suit the student as opposed to an ordinary correspondence course that just covers syllabus content.

Please be aware that I do charge for travelling over 30 miles (roundtrip: 15 miles each way):
30-40 mile roundtrip - £5
41-50 mile roundtrip - £10
51-60 mile roundtrip - £15
61-70 mile roundtrip - £20

Personal Description:
I graduated from Oxford University in 2011 with a degree in Experimental Psychology, specialising in 'Educational Psychology'. I currently tutor as well as run a study skills company where I visit schools in London, teaching students how to maximise their potential through various unique learning techniques. I love teaching, and the satisfaction of helping my students reach their goals; I welcome students of all abilities and motivation types. What sets me apart from most is that as well as tutoring my students, I take the role of a mentor, to motivate, encourage and guide them towards success. I have had a lot of experience in private tuition, with a range of students benefiting from my support with 11+ exams up to Degree level. I am very lively and approachable, providing a warm environment in which to learn!

I am able to tutor:

Degree level Psychology (including help and guidance with essays/assignments/dissertations; proof-reading etc)

A-Level - Mathematics, Geography, English (Literature/Language), Psychology and Media Studies.

GCSE - most subjects including Mathematics, English, Science, History, ICT, French and Geography.

For students applying for Oxbridge, I am able to provide valuable advice on interview techniques and personal statements, as well as provide contacts to graduates from Oxford University from a range of subjects. I am also able to tutor students for entrance exams e.g. 11+.

Teaching Experience:

I have tutored extensively at Primary, GCSE, A-level, and Degree level with excellent results. Examples include a student who moved up from a D in A-Level Psychology to a very high B. Another gained almost an A* in her English GCSE after being tutored by me for just a month, a huge improvement from the C/D level she was at. I am currently tutoring students ranging from 11+ common entrance exams to A-level Mathematics and Psychology degree level. I have taken part in several mentor schemes where I supported students with their academic problems in Mathematics, Science and English.I have also hosted group tuition sessions, and regularly run study skills workshops in schools around London.

Studying 'Education and Psychology' as my specialist subject during my degree has meant that I have a range of techniques that I apply to my teaching - these are based on biological/neuroscience/psychological findings in an educational context.

Tutoring Approach:

I spend a lot of time planning for sessions so that my students get the very best out of each lesson. My approach is thus very organised, with small goals set per session, as well as a long term goal to work towards. I always ensure that my lessons are engaging, and work towards building a good relationship with my students, encouraging them to ask questions without any hesitation. I adapt my approach depending on my students' learning style as this is the key to successful teaching. Past papers are also definitely a step in the right direction, as well as looking at the syllabus/specifications for the subject.

Personal Description:
I am a political enthusiast who has spent the last few years building up a successful department in a secondary school to impart this enthusiasm to students from a region where political apathy is rife. I am a keen cyclist and traveller and enjoy the occasional healthy debate on a variety of topical issues.
I graduated from Birmingham University's School of Education with a PGCE (Med level) in History and Citizenship following on from my previous qualifications; Master of Arts in Global Politics and Human rights Law and Bachelor of Arts In International Relations and Law (LLB). In addition I have A-levels in English Literature, Maths, Physics and General Studies. Although these are not my specialist subjects, I would be willing and able to offer additional support in these areas if applicable.

Teaching Experience:

I am currently the Head of Faculty for Humanities at a secondary school in the West Midlands. I have seven years teaching experience as well as four years experience tutoring students, including one-to-one sessions, in Politics, Law, History and English as a foreign language. I teach all age groups with a focus on GCSE and A-Level Studies. In my tenure as Head of Political Studies my students have achieved 100% pass rate at A-Level and AS and all students have met or surpassed their target grades.
Within my role I have built up links with local MPs and MEPs and this has led to the successful running of annual Parliament visits and four visits to the European Union Parliament in both Strasbourg and Brussels. In addition I have twice led a debating team of students in the international EUROSCOLA event held at the European Parliament where students debate a variety of issues against over 600 students from the other EU member states.

Tutoring Approach:

I believe in a fresh approach to tutoring, using a variety of teaching methods and resources tailored for the individual learning styles of the tutee. Videos, newspapers, past exam papers and a library of resources allow for a holistic approach in delivering specialist subject knowledge. I use contemporary case studies and a high level of ICT literacy to make learning both interesting and accessible. In addition, my working knowledge of the major exam boards means that all sessions will be customised for maximum benefit in any given tuition agreement. I am happy to teach across all age groups and abilities and have experience of working with vulnerable/hard to reach children, and those with special educational needs.
I look forward to hearing from you.

Personal Description:
I am a fully qualified Geography Teacher with a BSc (2i) Honours Degree and PGCE in Geography with Geology from Birmingham University in Edgbaston and I specialise in Physical Geography at Advanced Level. I gained the David Linton University prize for fieldwork. I have lived in Farnham for over 21 years ( local knowledge I believe is important especially to Geography). I am married to Martin and we have 4 delightful children, two girls and two boys aged 14-22. Our eldest two are at University (Bristol & Surrey), the youngest in the local State Secondary School. I have followed our children's education closely and encouraged them on their way, so feel I have much way of personal experience.
I have also been involved with local youth and community work during my time out of the classroom and have had extensive training in Pastoral Care seeing each person as unique & individual. I take pleasure in helping to bring out the very best in each individual and this comes with encouraging young people to be disciplined in study and to grow in confidence and believe in their own abilities, one to one tutoring/coaching plays a vital role here and has many benefits.

Teaching Experience:

I have taught in both the Private and State Sectors in 11-18 schools as well recently in as a Sixth Form College, teaching Geography to Key Stages (KS) 3,4 and 5. I am experienced in coaching pupils in Geography/Geology to GSCE, AS, A2 (various boards) and IB exam levels. but am also experienced & qualified to teach science at KS 2,3 &4. I have tutored for Common Extrance Exam Level in Science and have found this to be very rewarding for both tutee & tutor. I have experience in careers advise too.
I love teaching and enthuse about my subjects, Geography& Environmental Science are so much fun, and link both the Arts & Sciences, subjects that are so relevant and topical, extremely practical and liked by Higher Education Establishments and employers alike. I work as a part-time teacher in school to enable time for tutoring one-to-one which I find so rewarding. A recent example is an A2 Geography student who was so pleased to achieve a grade "B", he worked so hard and improved substantially on his predicted D grade. He is now at University and has kept in touch.

Tutoring Approach:

I believe one to one tutoring can make all the difference for some pupils particularly when it comes to training in exam technique; dealing with individual topic difficulties; practising papers and building confidence in ones own abilities so encouraging independent learning. There are plenty of resources to aid learning out there in this day and age but often it is hard to find the wood from the trees and learning to focus and find the best for the individual is not always easy. I believe it is crucial to assess the individual student needs and learning styles in the first instance and then build the lessons from there. This requires flexibility, experience and maturity on the part of the Tutor and this is what I feel I can offer as both an experienced teacher and mother of 4 of my own children.

Personal Description:
Since graduating from Oxford University last year with a degree in Economics and Management, I have worked as a private tutor. The degree required a high level of maths. I took A-Levels in Maths, Economics, Geography and Critical Thinking, and received an A in all of these. I attended Kendrick Grammar School from the age of 11 to 18. This involved an entrance exam with both non-verbal and verbal reasoning papers. I have a good understanding of what is needed to achieve the top marks in maths and business related subjects as well as what is needed to be successful in entrance exams.

I have also just completed a post graduate degree in Global Development Challenges (University of Edinburgh, with distinction).

I have now been working as a tutor for three years and love my job. I enjoy building up a relationship with the families and students I work with and seeing a transformation in their confidence and their skills. Families I work with often joke that I have the patience of a saint!

Teaching Experience:

Since graduating, I have completed thousands of hours of tutoring in all my subjects. My students really enjoy my lessons and have been very successful. All of my 11+ students were successful this year, including Blue Coat, Kendrick, Reading Boys and The Abbey. All of my economics and maths students see a huge improvement, with the majority going on to achieve top grades (A/A*). My students often tell me that I have a way of explaining complicated things that 'just seems to make sense'.

I have spent 5 months homeschooling three children in the Bahamas and have worked with children of all ages in a wide range of roles. For 5 years I worked at my local dry ski slope as a ski instructor. This involved teaching anyone over the age of 4, and making lessons fun and relevant for them. I have learned to adapt my teaching style and to think of creative and innovative ways to teach new things. I also work with young people with special needs, which requires a great deal of patience and imagination. I am in the process of applying for various teaching courses.

I have also spent a great deal of time working with children with a variety of special needs including dyslexia and ADHD. I have had great success, particularly those with dyslexia. I aim to find imaginative and enjoyable ways to help the child and to build their self confidence in the subject.

Tutoring Approach:

I am friendly, patient and imaginative when it comes to teaching. I will keep finding different ways of explaining something until the person I am teaching really understands. I believe that students are much more likely to learn when they have a positive relationship with their teacher and when they are having fun.

Personal Description:
I am 54 years old, I am married with four children. I have a degree ( Joint Honours, 2.1 in Agriculture with Agricultural Economics) and a Cert Ed. I am a member of the Institute for Learning. I have taught a wide range of subjects over 28 years and am able to coach you to success whether you are looking for science, geography, Excel spreadsheets, English as a Foreign Language or even French and German ( I worked in both countries when I was younger)

Teaching Experience:

I can help you prepare for exams in Geography, Biology, Ecology, French and German. I have taught English as a Foreign Language over many years. I can also help you with Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, particularly for Business. I am a patient, enthusiastic and committed teacher with 28 years experience particularly with post 16 and adult education. I have taught agriculture and related topics over that time, and very much enjoyed diversifying my teaching portfolio as new courses arose at the college. I have taught a range of biology and geography related topics, including plant and soil science, crop science, crop production, livestock production, environmental issues, ecology, woodland management. In business I have helped many people develop diverse enterprises, preparing carefully costed cash flow projections. I very much enjoy seeing people develop confidence with Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, which are an invaluable tool.

Tutoring Approach:

I am convinced that one-to-one tuition is by far the most efficient way in which a person can progress and gain confidence. Often someone can grasp a topic in 5 minutes of one-to-one that would have taken 2 hours to cover with a larger group. Once you are confident with a topic, we move on rapidly to the next one. A current A level tutee of mine told his father "I learnt more in that 2 hour session than I have all term at school" and his headteacher wrote to congratulate him on his improved grades. (The reason for this is not that his teacher is bad, far from it, but a tutor can give you personal one-to-one attention, concentrating on the bits you need) I always ensure that the learners are confident with each step before progressing further.

Personal Description:
I am currently a teacher of English in London secondary school, having qualified in Liverpool.

I previously worked part-time for an MP in Westminster as a researcher. I have varied interests, and later in my career intend to work in international development, especially surrounding the role of education.

My last degree, and MSc in Contemporary India, was a multidisciplinary social sciences degree, incorporating politics, economics, anthropology, international relations and statistics. My dissertation focused on English Language education and social aspiration.

In my spare time I enjoy training for athletics (middle distance and cross country), playing and listening to music, and cycling.

Teaching Experience:

I am an experienced, qualified teacher and have taught students at Key Stage 3, GCSE and A Level. As well as developing myself as a teaching professional, I am working towards and MA in education to further explore barriers to learning and teaching styles.

I have taught English as a foreign language in India to degree-level students, formulating my own teaching materials. As part of my teaching, I included cultural and geographic content to help prepare students in rural and small town India for employment with multi-national companies.

I have also volunteered as a mentor with the Cardinal Hume Centre in Westminster, coaching young homeless and unemployed people with their English and ICT skills, job searching, and providing motivation.

Tutoring Approach:

I am an experienced tutor, having tutored students with specific needs such as History A-Level revision and essay writing support for university students. My tutoring will be tailored to the needs of the tutee, although at every opportunity I attempt to inspire and excite to engage my students beyond examination specifications.

I have a thorough knowledge of GCSE and A Level examinations, and I am adept and equipping tutees with the skills and knowledge to attain high scores in these key qualifications. When tutoring, I plan to listen to each student's needs and prepare appropriate assistance and guidance.

Having completed much revision for my degrees and A-levels, I can share my strategies to revise work previously covered, using time management and goals. If a student is able to guide their own learning, I will support and encourage this approach, aiding their independence.

Personal Description:
I am nineteen years of age and am currently studying English Language and Literature at Oxford University. Alongside this, I enjoy a growing musical career as an operatic soprano, as well as undertaking freelance writing work. Now living between my home in Somerset and my college at Oxford, I enjoy sports such as horse riding, hill walking and kayaking, and love spending time with my four pre-teen nephews and nieces, of whom I have fond memories of helping learn to read.

Teaching Experience:

- Head of my college's Literary Society, which involved leading sessions and being solely responsible for the education of my peer group on a variety of topics
- I teach singing in my spare time
- As there were many foreign students in my previous college, I have often (and still do) help proofread their work for readability and help correct them to more natural-sounding English
- I traveled to Sierra Leone in 2010 to teach voice in the country's one music academy

Tutoring Approach:

When I was at school, I was lucky enough to be surrounded by a friendship group who loved learning, loved school and were ambitious in their university dreams; however, many young people are not so lucky to have such an inspiring peer group. As a tutor, I make it my first priority to be enthusiastic, fun and dynamic about my subjects, as learning can never take place in a dull environment where the pupil feels little or no interest.

Personal Description:
I am a 43 year old father of four children, the oldest having just entered University. As a father of four I have a lot of experience in knowing how to motivate children and how to develop the necessary skills they need to either pass exams or for enhancing life skills. I live on the edge of the South Downs in a small cottage with all my family, a dog, two cats and several chickens.

Teaching Experience:

I came into teaching as a mature student after spending 15 years in the catering and wholesale business. My first training came with the Sussex Wildlife trust where helped run the outdoor field sessions for pupils from year 1 to A level studies. I then trained on the GTP course at schools in Brighton and then Burgess Hill before working at Ringmer Community College as Head of Geography. For the last 5 years I have been Head of Humanities at a private school in Kent, where I have been teaching GCSE Philosophy, Geography & History and A Level Philosophy and Geography. In the past I have also taught both English and Maths to GCSE level.

Tutoring Approach:

I have an open approach to tutoring and emphasise self learning and confidence building with the student being the focus and seeing how they want to develop their own skills. I will discuss, motivate and lead a student to query the topics we look at and then work with them to develop their exam skills.

Personal Description:
I am 27 years old. I live in Hurworth, Darlington. I enjoy teaching and enjoy watching students achieve and progress. I feel as a practising teacher I can give students real and useful advice and support.

Teaching Experience:

I am currently in full time employment teaching 11-18 year olds.Within the school Geography is one of the most successful departments. I have been teaching for the last seven years and I am head of my subject and acting head of faculty. I am currently teaching AQA to GCSE and AQA to A level students.I have marked external exams for AQA for the past two years, this has given me a real insight into exam technique something I am keen to pass onto students. Students would be able to get extra teaching materials from me as well as the added benefits from past exam papers and mark schemes. This will establish exactly what to do to improve grades. I would prefer to concentrate mostly on the human side of things at A-level.

Tutoring Approach:

I often find I need to speak to the student first to establish areas of the subject they find difficult and work on those. Also exam practice is very important for students who want to achieve. I can give half an hour - two hour sessions.

Personal Description:
Hello, my name is Tamara and I am a student at the University of Warwick. Currently, I am on my Intercalated Year - a year taken in between Second and Third year where you are expected to work full time in an industry in which you take interest. I am currently working as a Trainee in the Reproductive Medicine Dept. of Coventry Hospital, and I will be doing so until July 2014

I have always have a great passion for Biology and Chemistry, and took them both along with Geography up to A2 level. I am a kind and enthusiastic tutor, and I hope to show all my students this though our time together.

Teaching Experience:

I have experience working as a mentor in my secondary school whilst in Sixth Form, to support the younger years. In addition to this I have run summer camps yearly for ages 4-16 and have worked and been responsible for groups of children and teenagers of all ages.

Currently, I am an Ementor for a group of 6 year 13 student, a job I received through working as a Student Ambassador at University. I have weekly online sessions with my students which are used to help them into higher education by talking about revision tips, helping them structure their coursework, and most recently talking through personal statements.

Tutoring Approach:

I am a patient person and take the time to clearly explain things. I find that diagrams particularly help with understanding complex topics, as well as representing basic concepts that can be kept by the students as a solid grounding to a subject, and then elaborated on further in the future. With any new student I am keen for them to tell me particularly what they would like some assistance with and how best they feel they learn, so that over the first few sessions we can build a suitable style of teaching/learning to help the student in the way they feel comfortable with.

Personal Description:
Years of providing outdoor education to a variety of age groups has instilled in me a desire to help young people achieve their goals, whatever those may be. It is a joy to see a student's progression in whatever subject area I am teaching. With a master's degree in Geology, I wanted to pass on my scientific and mathematical knowledge in the same way as the outdoor skills I was teaching, so entered into personal tutoring.

I have experience tutoring with every age group from primary to adult and am able to quickly assess your or your child's needs to provide a personalised approach that will produce effective results. Everyone is different and responds to different learning techniques, so I will tailor my tutoring sessions in a way that will encourage maximum understanding of the subject in the minimum of time, as I understand that personal tutoring is expensive. By offering lower than usual rates I aim to make one-to-one tuition more affordable to those who need it most.

I am in my late 20's and newly based in Kendal. Outside of tutoring, I am an active climber, runner and skier and spend the majority of my time outdoors.

Teaching Experience:

I have many years experience teaching a variety of age groups, primarily in outdoor education. I tutor maths and sciences to children, teenagers and adults, including some students with dyslexia.

Tutoring Approach:

I aim to make sessions, particularly for children, varied and engaging. Different learning techniques work well for different people, so I aim to take students away from the methods most commonly used in schools, that are not useful to everyone, and use varying approaches to aid understanding of technical subjects. Often all it takes to go from 'not good at' to A grades is a different take on a subject. I am able to offer this to every student to ensure success.

Personal Description:
My name is James I thought about teaching when I was at secondary school, I`m now 35 years old. Tutoring for me is a second profession. I attended the Christchurch Secondary School in Ashford and have attained a my DTLLS - Diploma in Teaching in 2014 at Christchurch University. I teach as part of my day job, teaching law and legislation to the new Officers.

My passion for teaching in my day job has now excited me to the point where I would like to support others in maximizing their potential.

I have been teaching as part of my current role for 6 years, initially with a city and guilds qualification in assessing. I then wanted to further my professional development by completing a teaching diploma at University which I achieved in 2014. I am responsible for teaching new recruits in my day job. This has involved classroom based teaching, scenario assessing and assessing individuals in the workplace against a set of National Occupational Standards (NOS`s) set and awarded by City of Guilds.

I have tutored adults aged 18 - 65 at work and also young persons aged 12-16. I have children myself with the youngest now 8 years of age whom i regular tutor in Maths and English.

My aim is to make the subject fun and engaging. Without having this engagement, learning simply doesn`t happen. The student has to be the number one priority. Being able to talk to the student about common interests as well as the subject matter will allow them to have that moment of escapism before being brought back to the subject at hand. My sessions, although structured to the syllabus being taught are always adaptable and so therefore the style of my teaching will always adapt to allow the student to get the very best from the session.

My style of teaching is relaxed yet purposeful ensuring a quality service.

A flexible approach to tutor sessions means that I am able to alter my approach and content depending on the specific needs of the individual. Having built up several years experience in the teaching craft, I have a range of strategies to bring the best out of my students.
