Personal Description:
I have done My M.sc. Physics & M.Sc. Mobile and Satellite Communications. I studies Chemistry, Mathematics and Physics as major subjects in B.Sc. I am a passionate teacher and well aware of the teacher student relationship.I understand students difficulties in understanding difficult concepts and know how to help them understand.

Teaching Experience:

I am teaching GCSE/A Level students from previous seven years. I have prepared my own exam based helping material for students which proves really helpful for them. Most of my students get A/A* grades.

Tutoring Approach:

Well the purpose of hiring a tutor is to understand concepts which a student neither can understand in a class nor himself/herself.Only tutoring gives a student one to one attention of the teacher and thus better understanding.
My approach is to both, develop concepts and help the students to get good grades as well, as both are important.Teaching students how to attempt the questions in exams.I am quite a friendly person and never get irritated.I am ready to teach a difficult concept 10 times to a student until he understands

Personal Description:
I am the Head of Religious Studies and I have been teaching for eight years on a full-time basis with an abundance of experience relating to GCSE and A-Level Religious Studies. I have delivered four of the A-Level modules offered by CCEA up to A2 Level (Luke's Gospel, Celtic Church, Ethics and Old Testament). All of the students I have tutored have succeeded in achieving A*- B grades at both GCSE and A Level. I can tutor the A-Level modules stated above along with a range of GCSE modules. I am also a Senior Examiner for the AQA exam board.

Teaching Experience:

Our Lady and St. Patrick's College Knock, Kingsway Gardens, Belfast
Full-time (Temporary) Teacher of Religious Studies (2 years)

St. Mary's Christian Brothers' Grammar School, Belfast
Full-time (Permanent) Head of Religious Studies (Current employment)

Tutoring Approach:

I often hold revision classes for small groups of students studying GCSE and A-Level R.E. I tend to work out the revision technique that suits the child best and create mind-maps to faciliate student learning. I have devised my own revision booklets with the key facts on each topic summarised in a manageable way. I work through past paper questions with the students and go through the mark scheme with them to highlight the strengths and areas for development in their work.

Personal Description:
After over nearly 30 years work experience in Branch Management, Field Sales and Sales Management roles, I have recently started as a Teaching Assistant in Maths, helping weaker pupils in Years 7 to 11 get a better understanding of Maths.

I like to work with students to find out their individual learning styles and adapt my teaching style to suit. I prefer it to feel more like teamwork than tuition as we work together to understand principles. To ensure that these principles are understood, worked examples are discussed.
For All students, especially those taking their GCSE, exam techniques will be taught, refined and practised.

Personal Description:
I am a French & British dual national. I grew up in France attending French schools throughout my lower education, but moved to the UK in 2010 to study Architecture at the University of Bath. I've always had a passion for languages, which led me to undertake further studies in German and Spanish, as well as to live in Germany for some time whilst still at school. !

Teaching Experience:

I started tutoring struggling students whilst still in Lycée, towards Maths, Physics, English or German Brevet (GCSE equivalent) or Baccalauréat. I've always found tutoring extremely rewarding and enjoyable, from both an academic and relational point of view, and have therefore committed more time to it particularly over the last year. I teach French and German primarily, and have taught a wide variety of students, from primary school-aged children to beginner adults, and helped students taking their GCSEs and A-levels.

Tutoring Approach:

This really depends on what you want to get out of the lessons! There is no single approach which will work with everybody so I am committed to finding out what works best for you! However we choose to go forward, I will always aim to make it fun and enjoyable, and make sure there is progress every session.

Unfortunately I am currently unable to arrange new lessons before 7.15pm on a weekday evening, except on Wednesdays.

Personal Description:
I am currently a First year student of the University of Nottingham studying Finance, Accounting and Management.

I am a very enthusiastic teacher who loves to share knowledge with other people and also love learning myself.

Teaching Experience:

I have tutored both Maths and English to students in Manchester Academy, in both cases students made excellent progress.

I have also tutored all 3 sciences, Maths and English to 2 children between 2013 and 2015 as well as helping one of the students with her 11+ entrance exams.

Last year I tutored another 2 children, teaching GCSE maths and science.

Tutoring Approach:

I believe 1 to 1 teaching is the best form of teaching you can provide as the child can ask as many questions without fear and also you can work on a more personal level, compared with teaching around 30 children. I like this because I can then tailor the teaching to the child so they can learn in a way that suits them, for example, if the child learns through visuals I may draw many diagrams so explain points.

Personal Description:
Prior to becoming a maths teacher I trained as as a Chartered Accountant and worked in Business and Finance. After having my family I moved into education and initially taught Business and Accounting at A level. I later qualified as a secondary maths teacher and have taught maths in a high achieving 11- 18 local school for 8 years as well a providing one to one tuition both at school and privately.

Teaching Experience:

Secondary Maths teacher, KS3 and KS4 since 2009,
Sixth Form tutor in Business and accounting
Private Maths tutor, KS2,KS3 and KS4 for 10 years

Tutoring Approach:

I love maths and believe everyone is capable of succeeding and also learning to love maths if they are given the confidence to do so. Many students struggle because they may have been put off maths at a early age or missed out on some essential building blocks which have limited their progress.
I believe in going to back to basics and establishing a thorough understanding of crucial concepts, using different teaching styles to suit the individual needs of the student. I enjoy getting to know my students and being able to tailor my teaching to their personalities and needs.

Personal Description:
I am a 23 year old recent Undergraduate in BSc (Hons) Psychology, currently undertaking an MSc in Family & Child Psychology. Helping the youth has always been an integral part of my life, for example I have volunteered immensely in mentoring students and guiding them towards academic success as well as personal development. I can help with coursework and revision on a variety of subjects, but my expertise is Psychology. Professionally, I am an editor thus am able to proofread, edit and advise on work for greater coherence. Students can expect a high quality service and a friendly approach from me as I like to engage with people, help them to organise, plan and practice. Those with special needs such as dyslexia and Autism can also reach out for help with academic or study skills related support, I would like to say that I have completed a Mental Health course as well as worked with Dyslexic and Autistic young adults which has boosted my knowledge on the barriers faced by such groups of people.

Teaching Experience:

I have tutored students for over 4 years, with coursework help and guidance. I am a student myself thus am fully aware of the type of support students require, with a strong will in answering queries so please don't hesitate to ask.

Tutoring Approach:

I provide a friendly and approachable style for students, I can easily connect with you all as I nurture a passion for people. My availability is vast even on short notice, mainly due to the fact that I sympathise with students who often require assistance at late hours of the day such as night time when they may panic. Thus I am here to help calm those nerves and provide support. Students can thus be assure of a prompt reply from me as I keep a close eye on my email/texts, I fully understand that when students need help they often get disappointed as no one answers their queries at odd hours. I have kept my hourly rate fairly low as I'm aware that students are short of funds and so would not like to make support expensive for them, knowledge and expertise should not be made difficult for students than it already is.

Personal Description:
Hello I'm Georgia and I'm a year 12 student. I take English Lit, History and Psychology A-levels as well as the EPQ where I will be creating a short film for my project. I love sharing my passion with those around me and would love to have the opportunity to help others love the subjects I do, especially English, History and Media based. I'm very sociable and love making people enjoy what I am passionate about. I'm friendly and can relate to lots of people around me who are undergoing stress with SATs and GCSEs and can turn it into productivity and a happy time. I can be that person who can lend an extra hand.

Teaching Experience:

I've mentored several younger children as a senior student at Alderman White School, Nottingham with English, as I have an A* in my English Lit GCSE that I took a year early in year 10. I've also took every opportunity to help out with teaching others, especially students who join late to my courses and I manage to catch them up and prepare them for mocks to come. As well as this, throughout my GCSE's, I created plenty of advice sheets for my classes in History and English. I have a passion for English, I love reading and everything about it and would love to share my love for it with others!

Tutoring Approach:

I love the idea that I and many other people who are interested so much in a subject that they are willing to put themselves out there to share their enjoyment and intellect with others, casually or academically. It's a good feeling when you can help someone when you have the ability to do so - so why not?
